Where to send a copyright report

Send reports to [email protected] with the subject “Copyright notice”. Identify the material and explain your authority to act for the rights holder. A complaint about a different website should also be sent to that website’s operator.

Publishing this policy does not claim that TeleV IPTV is registered as a U.S. DMCA designated agent or automatically qualifies for a statutory safe harbour.

Information to include

A clear report should contain:

• Your full name, postal address, telephone number and email address, and the rights holder’s name if you act for someone else.
• A description of the protected work, or a representative list where one notice covers multiple works.
• The exact URL or other specific location of the material complained about, with enough detail for us to identify it.
• A statement that you genuinely believe the disputed use has not been authorised by the rights holder, an authorised representative or the law.
• A statement that your information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury where required, that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act for the holder of the relevant exclusive right.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

How reports are handled

We review reports and may ask for missing details. Where appropriate and within our control, we may remove or restrict material, preserve relevant records and notify the affected party. We cannot remove material from systems we do not control.

Contact details and relevant report information may be shared where needed to investigate or follow a legal process. Do not include unnecessary confidential information. Our Privacy Policy explains related data handling.

Mistakes and counter-notices

If your material was restricted and you believe that resulted from a mistake or misidentification, email [email protected], identify the material and its former location, and explain your basis for requesting a review.

Where the U.S. statutory counter-notice procedure applies, a valid counter-notice also requires your signature, name, address and telephone number; the required good-faith statement under penalty of perjury; consent to the relevant U.S. federal court’s jurisdiction; and agreement to accept service from the original claimant or their agent.

Any restoration required under that procedure follows its statutory notice periods, including the applicable 10–14 business-day period, unless the claimant notifies us of court proceedings seeking to prevent the disputed activity.

False reports and repeated infringement

Send only reports you believe are accurate. Knowingly misrepresenting a copyright claim or counter-notice can have legal consequences. We may take proportionate action against repeated substantiated infringement or misuse of the reporting process, subject to applicable law.

A copyright report does not resolve a normal billing dispute. Use our Refund Policy for payment issues.
